I’ve been coming here for years. Always a great place. My favorite. They have plenty of meat for great prices🥩🥩. Waiters are all very attentive and you can order as many sides as possible teehee. They helped a lot with cooking also. You can take home any cooked meat.. and if they’re nice, extra sides also. Heehee. 😏 they usually have a tiny ice cream as dessert if you go to the front to ask for it as you’re leaving but they seemed to have run out this time so I’m not sure if they still do that but oh well. 🤷‍♀️ love this place!

Food is good. But I have to say their service is terrible when busy. They are short of waiters there and u need to wait forever for a simple request. I might visit this place again but definitely not at peak hour.

Probably the best quality-price balance All-you-can-eat Korean BBQ I have been around UCI. I always order the cheapest all-you-can-eat menu and it already includes the best items for me (brisket, bulgogi, marinada chicken, squid and pork belly). You can always ask for more fancy AYCE menus though. Nice waiters and open until late!

Bang for buck! The quality of the meat is good. Service is good. Only thing bad is the ventilation.

Good food and service in a nice location. After 9:15pm the lunch special is available again (about$15 before tax/tip), which is when I prefer to go. It's got all the kbbq necessities. Last call for ordering food is 11:20pm and you need to finish before midnight. Warning for large groups: there's a 3 card maximum for payment and for groups of 7 and more they auto charge 18% service fee.

Would certainly recommend trying out this place. Fantastic mood, fresh food, great service. They never disappoint.

Korean bbq cant go wrong

We come to shik do rak because of their excellent quality of brisket. They don't have done of the selection other nearby Korean BBQ places have, but all of their sides and choices are good quality. I recommend getting here early, as it gets very busy. Staff is generally attentive and will keep your plates full. When you finish, enjoy a small cup of frozen yogurt.

If you ever decide to go here look for a waiter named Nick. One of the most enthusiastic, dedicated, and caring waiters I know

The manifestation of heaven on Earth. The meat there is of great quality and the price is relatively cheap for an "All-you-can-eat".

It's ok as a regular Korean BBQ place. Had to wait about 20 mins to get a seat.... Not sure why as the place is kinda cramped and not all that different to other KBBQ places. Generally good service however they want you to eat and leave to make room for the next customer waiting outside and looking in through the window

This is my favorite place for korean bbq! Food is delicious and the lady who is there as a server in early afternoon is so nice. The 7 leaves cafe is across the lot, which is perfect for a dessert or drink.

Traditional Korean BBQ. The price is fair. Service is great. The quality of meat is great. My family and my friends' family have had a good time. Thanks Shik Do Rak for opening during Thanksgiving and not adding minimum expenses. The sides are not as many as other Korean BBQ. Maybe it is because the holiday. I can see that they are out of servers. Overall, it is a good place for lunch or dinner.

I love the food and their service!

Staff was phenomenal, always by to check and see if you were taken care of and happy to accommodate special requests. Food was delicious (try the Curry Pork Belly and the Brisket). Prices are very fair and the selection was wide and delicious. Come here with a group of friends and enjoy yourself. Will definitely be back

Solid AYCE Korean BBQ in Irvine! There are 3 tiers for AYCE, and the second one is probably the best based on price and available options.

Tastes better than I Can BBQ but can be a long wait. But that's because the food is top notch.

Food comes quick, service is forgetful but it's also busy all the time in there. Banchan is OK, but let's be real, we're all there for the brisket, and the brisket here has a good amount of marbling and not any huge parts of just fat. The thinly sliced pork belly is also good

I celebrated my PhD this evening in this fine place. Well we had a delightful evening and the venue was no doubt the reason for this successful evening. The crew cooperated in a sweet manner, the cuisine was yummy and my buddies were extremely glad. We shall no dout come back again for more events. thanks very much.

There are better korean bbq places than this . Very poor service .

The food here is very good; while the price is inexpensive. The steamed egg bowl was to die for! Most importantly; call ahead and make reservations because they are very busy. Highly recommended and will eat here again.
